Week5 run 3 done 😀

Was very worried about this one and lungs almost exploded in last 5 minutes (couldn't go any slower I think snails overtook me!!) But with Michael's encouragement I did it! Yey! Having done 20 minute run by half 7 is an excellent start to the day! Who is this person because it definately wasn't me a few weeks ago! Love reading all the posts they've really helped me keep going, thank you! 😀

Very well done indeed. I’ve got my W5R3 this week too and after today I’m a bit apprehensive. I was running 15 minutes non-stop fairly comfortably last week, but today just doing 8 felt like hard work and my legs feel like wooden blocks afterwards. I’m pretty sure that walking 10+ miles around Goodwood FOS this weekend contributed, but it’s still disheartening to feel like I’ve gone backwards.

You sound more prepared than I was i just went from the 8 min runs to 20 mins! I thought anout it as 4 x 5 min blocks which definately helped!! Mind over matter! You'll be fine 😀
