Redoing Weeks

So, I was meant to finesh W2R3 on Friday. Slept through all my alarms, and the only running I did was to work! Then, I was away for the weekend and did zilch.

Today I did the run I was meant to on Friday and if I'm honest I don't feel my fitness has got better since week one. Im better at pacing and my confidence is up a little, but I don't feel like I've succeeded in week two.

Has anyone else redone weeks? I feel bad that I'm only on week two and redoing it again.

Hi! If you completed the run, no matter how you felt, there’s no need to repeat it, especially not the whole week!

The main thing is you kept going. You powered through. The only reason to repeat a run is if you didn’t complete it properly (ie bailed early, or walked during it.)

Don’t be hard on yourself! Everyone has runs which don’t feel great!

Onwards to W3! See how you feel - I bet you’ll surprise yourself! 😀🏃‍♀️❤️

Have fun! 😀👍🏻🏃‍♀️❤️

If you completed the runs..move on and it does not matter how slowly you do that. Just relax and take each run gently. You will be fine.

Be kind to yourself...life gets in the way.... you run when you can and the idea is to enjoy it.

You are out there doing it.. relax, breathe and run :)

Keep up the momentum. Have you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Of course you can repeat runs, but it is more positive to push in hav and if have to, repeat runs that you don't complete. That is not a failure, it just means you have found the level that need to work at.

This might help healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
