So much going on (moved house, starting a new job) and so many health issues have put my health on the back burner.. but I am trying to run as much as possible... I can run about 1km at the moment and then have to walk and catch my breath... might have to go back to the programme and build myself back up 👍 Not to the beginning but back a few weeks...
I want to get to 10k but baby steps 👌

Moving house is EXHAUSTING , mega well done for keeping up running! Lifting boxes is seriously good exercise too 😂 1k is amazing, I'm still on week 2 and would love to be able to do that! You can do it!
Hello! Good to hear from you. 😃New house and job are such big life changes - well done for managing to keep running too. I am redoing the C25K after illness- it’s been a good way to gently build back up. Good luck, enjoy your running adventure whatever you choose. 😄
