Week 4 run 1.
So it's been ages. Have wanted to go out for a run but it's been too bloody hot and so many other excuses. It's been weeks. But, as suggested on here, and despite me thinking it was a pretty daft notion, I picked up where I left off. I chose a new route, the tide was in and it was beautiful and I did it! And I did it well! I'm so chuffed with myself. And thank you to this forum for bothering my email and getting me back off my bottom. Really didn't think I could run for 5 minutes, let alone twice. I'm sweating and grinning and back in the game! Yay.
