Has anyone graduated and then started again from week 1 but with a faster pace?

Hi Kieron. I’m not sure, but there are consolidation runs to complete after graduation, which can include speed/pace if you want it to. I start those tomorrow. I’m not sure W1 would feel as amazing as it did to start again. There’s lots of ways to switch it up and achieve new goals though. Enjoy your running! ❤️

I’m consolidating currently - plan A is to get to 5k however long it takes; plan B to increase pace - I did see someone suggest doing week 1 etc but running faster/jogging vs jog/walk to speed it up - may try that

I’d be very happy getting to 5k! Tomorrow I’ll find out how far off I am! Does it include the warm up and warm down walks? 🤔❤️

I did 4.5k yesterday- excluding warm up/down - 38 mins, I felt ok so I kept going through the warm down and a bit (still had Sarah in my ear). I’ll see how I feel and perhaps get to 5k one of the runs this week - depending on weather

Probably not.. as the idea is that after this is to get in consolidation runs and then begin to think about speed and or distance:)

I think mrrun did, or something similar.

There's also this that might help

No, l repeated the whole program and when I graduated again l used the first week as interval training - running the running bits, then sprinting like a deranged maniac through walking bits. I lived to tell the tale.
