Hi everyone. I’m after some advice. I was running every 2/3 days and fulfilling my 3 runs a week until recently. I got busy at work as did hubby meaning we were not necessarily both at home of an evening and when we were I was working. I’m ready to get back on it but don’t know if I need to go back? I had just finished week 7 so I don’t know if I should repeat that or try week 8, feeling nervous about the run itself now!

Head out into Week 8.. take it in a slow, steady and a relaxed way...let the legs take you and see how you go... :)

Thanks. I’d rather keep progressing as it isn’t much different either way. I’m definitely going slowly - it’s ridiculously hot today so no distance expectations, just need to complete the time...
