I have ran both 25 minutes but during the runs I am having a couple of occasional where my breathing gets really erratic. Most of the time I am fine does anyone have any tips on how to control this please

Just relax... and slow down until the breathing becomes easier...
No tips I'm afraid, because I deal with such issues by distracting myself with music and deep philosophical discussion in my head, or thinking about what to cook for dinner, or whatever, just as long as I can avoid paying attention to the pesky breathing. I curse Michael J whenever he mentions it, because if I think about it, it sabotages everything for me.
