Hi all so week 2 run one just done.. I thought it had cooled off but nope it was warm.. I did carry water today just incase but didn’t need it! I really enjoy it when I get out but the actual getting out the door is though! Any tips of breathing rhythm? I don’t seem to be able to get into a decent one!?! The app talked about counting steps but that confused me more than anything! Any tips greatly received! Bring on Wednesday for the next run!! 🏃♀️ ☀️ 💦

Just breathe... like you do all the time... if you struggle, then slow down...
Taking water even for the shorter runs is a plan... especially whilst it is so hot... but make sure your hydration is good all the time too
