Was it worth the pain

After completing W5R3 yesterday I now find myself in agonising pain. The inside of my knee nearly down to my ankle of my right leg is so painful. It hurts when I’m walking, standing and sitting. The pain started on my cool down walk and I’ve had no let up ever since. I’d appreciate any advise as to what’s causing it and how I deal with it.Hope I don’t sound too down I’m glad I’ve got this far but I didn’t sign up for this.

Ouch, that's not good🙁

I'm no doctor but I'd get some ice on it and rest it today then have at least a few days, maybe a week without running. Get yourself to a doctor if it's not improved overnight though.

Hope you're back on your feet soon!

Ice, elevation and rest. If medically you can take paracetamol or ibuprofen, then do. Also try “Deep Freeze” gel when you haven’t got an ice pack on. Hope it feels better soon.
