I have just discovered this group, I start week 8 tomorrow and am getting prepared for after week9. I am 59 and had never run before in my life. It’s going well and I have a love hate relationship with it but know I won’t stop running! What’s the best way to progress after finishing?

Hi joady and welcome! First of all super well done for coming this far! Once you’ve finished/graduated C25k the best thing to do is consolidate for a few weeks of 30min/5k runs. This will build your leg strength before moving beyond 5k.

I’m sure Oldfloss or a fellow admin/mentor will come along and guide you to the relevant pinned posts.

This is a great forum with lots of support and lovely people. Good luck with the rest of C25k. 🙌🏼😊
