Still trying to get over hayfever but went fir a run today. Did some stretches in addition to the brisk walk. What a difference it makes. Legs don't feel like they been battered nor jelly. Definitely doing more.

Which is why we advise this after every run... before a run, folk either do or don't..if they do, they are obviously dynamic stretches
