I’ve no idea how I managed it but ran through the cool down section as well to make 30 minutes (I did do the cool down walk after too). And did 4.1k!

I did the same for run 3 from week 7 as did it in the ParkRun. Then I did what I was supposed to for the next runs til run 3 again. Go through the runs as you should as you’re building strength in your body as you do. Then push run 3 if you feel you can 👌🏽
You follow the plan and carry on as normal
Just do exactly what the run tells you to do... with the added bonus that you know you can do it
Take it steadily and slowly...no need to push at this stage... these runs are made for relaxing into
Moving too fast too soon is a sure fire way to hit the IC... and it is getting crowded at the moment.

Yes, as OldFloss has advised follow the program as normal. Its a nine week plan and designed to build up your strength and stamina safely and injury free...
You are learning a new skill, it takes time, there is no need to try and rush ahead of yourself. Once you Graduate after the nine weeks you will appreciate this...
