One of those mornings where you feel great and then the first 5 minutes almost kills you. Managed to push through that and had a genuinely enjoyable run (can't believe I'm actually saying that!!?). First time tracking my distance with the Samsung Health app, which is just on my phone anyway. By the time I finished the 28 mins, it came up with 5.1k... plotted the route online and it was just under 4k. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with that. In fact I'm pretty ecstatic given week 2 nearly ruined me, but gonna try Runkeeper for R3. Still can't quite how unbelievably well C25K actually works.
