After not managing it last time, managed to do it today. The hill in the middle run was hard and hurt a little, and the last five minutes wasn't easy, but it wasn't by any means torturous. Now I'm looking forward to the next run, (but two runs from now I'm REALLY looking forward to 25 minutes) but I'm starting to think the 'recovery walk' is just an unwelcome interruption to a nice run!
Ah well, after this it's the long runs I can stretch my legs into and enjoy. Need to route plan for longer runs, maybe go somewhere so I can enjoy some scenery...

Good idea. A new route is a boost. It heightens your awareness too. Always do your warm up and cool down walks. I always do longer ones. My walks home are long sometimes but i enjoy them It all helps your running 👍😃🏃♂️
Great that you managed it today! Very well done. I’m doing it myself in the morning, forewarned about how tricky it is, even compared to W5R3. But I’m excited about giving it a go. Your success has spurred me on! 😀🏃♀️
