It's raining!

When I woke up to rain I was really looking forward to getting out there and boy it did feel good! First post grad run, did my 30 minutes but only just got over 4.1k today. I blame it on Ted who came back out running with me today as it was cooler and am sure he slowed me down!!! 😅

Your secret’s safe! 🤫😁😁 I know what you mean. My son offered to go out with me once (😲) told him I’d be far too slow to run with him. Truth was more that I just wanted to run on my own, because I didn’t want to become dependent on anyone to get out there and do it. ❤️
