Lots of encouragement and tips to help you along on this forum, from other people just starting as well as those who have completed and Graduated.

I’m on W3. You’ll be amazed how you progress. It’s a really good program. My tip for anyone starting would be to start slowly. It’s not a race go at your own pace.

I am only on W2R1 and am 66, overweight and unfit. But.....the hardest thing was actually starting. I have got better at running in a short time as the programme is so good. It took me 2 weeks to complete week 1 and the best advice is go at your own pace and repeat each week if you need to.

So go for it and enjoy!
