Hi, hope you enjoy your journey, we are all here to help you through any tough times, im starting week 5 and im loving it its amazing how far I have come in this last month from being exhausted and gasping for air after 1 minute to finishing 5 mins quite happily. Go for it👍
I’m on W3. You’ll be amazed how you progress. It’s a really good program. My tip for anyone starting would be to start slowly. It’s not a race go at your own pace.
Brilliant, enjoy the journey 🐢🏃🏽♀️
I am only on W2R1 and am 66, overweight and unfit. But.....the hardest thing was actually starting. I have got better at running in a short time as the programme is so good. It took me 2 weeks to complete week 1 and the best advice is go at your own pace and repeat each week if you need to.
So go for it and enjoy!
