When you see :

Run three: a brisk five-minute walk, then 20 minutes of running, with no walking.

Looks very daunting, but it is all mind games. Once I started and got to 10 mins, I knew there was no way I would stop. Genuinely believe I will now get to 5k!!!

That run is tough but you are so right it’s all in your head- when you complete this run you know you can do the whole thing, well done 👍
