Really feeling good after today’s 25 minutes run, decision to run a flat route this morning helped. I put the Strava app on my phone & was very happy with the distance & pace it recorded so feeling more confident now for the remaining weeks of the program.

Good for you ! That's my run for tomorrow morning - bit worried about it but will persevere !
You get a time update at 5 minutes then at 12.5 minutes then 2 more near the end of the run, I find this really helps me with pace & keeping focused. You will do it tomorrow don’t worry
