Well done on the first run. We all have to start somewhere and starting is the key. (Heck that sounds like something off a leaflet ;-) )

This forum has people of all capabilities and stages and lots of good advice and motivation too, stick with it

Well done - I had the app on my phone for well over a year before I actually got off my backside and headed out. I'm now on week 7, totally plodding and making no apologies for that. I genuinely think there's a bit of magic in the C25K plan - if you'd told me six weeks ago when those first runs were feeling tough that I'd ever get here, I wouldn't have believed. Keep having fun!!
