After been off since last Tuesday due to swollen foot, it was good to get back to Wk 3 and see that those few days off didn’t really affect my progress.
I’m the sort of person that hates stopping things once I’ve started so I was really paranoid about having to rest more than the recommended 1 day, thinking I’ll probably have to go back to the beginning ☹️ So in a way my injury hopefully has helped me be more reasonable with myself 🙂 All part of the learning process I suppose.
By the way, if you run 3 times a week on the same days (starting Monday for example) by the time you done the 3 runs in the week it’s Friday, so my question is, what do you lot do? Rest 2 days or run Sunday then Monday again? I hope I’ve made that clear 😁
