Although not a huge increase in running time it was a shock to the system on R1 and I was thinking that maybe I’d have to complete W2 a couple of times to be ready for W3. But after today’s R3 I’m confident I can step up to W3. Onwards and upwards!!
Thoroughly enjoying my morning hello’s to the familiar faces of walkers, runners & dog walkers.

Hi Jujitzu each week is progressively harder, but the key point is that each week you are progressively better prepared to take on the next week, so the relative level of improvement required is fairly consistent each week. If I were you, as long as you have successfully completed a run, move on to the next one. If for some reason, you don’t manage to complete a run, repeat that one until you have cracked it and then move on again.
Thanks all for the encouragement. Really feel good so far. The beautiful weather and running before it’s too hot is making it easier to jump out bed and get the trainers on.
