Hot ?

Does anyone find it’s too hot to run or it affects your running. I like going out quite late in the evening but found it hard going last night. And it was Wk 6 run 1. Easy after the last one ??!

Oh it’s horrible running in this heat. A couple of times I have not managed to do the run i needed to for following this programme, so I called what I did manage to do a practise or placeholder run. I was fine some of the time, but when I’ve been in direct sunshine and feeling bad whilst running I made the executive decision to not finish.
