I made it...but it was so difficult!

I went out and did W4R1 this morning. I thought it might be a challenge on my usual route so I took in new, more scenic surroundings. It was still a challenge.

But, I kept going and managed all the runs. Even when every fibre in my legs wanted to give up I kept going. Roll on Wednesday!
