Thank you so much for all the advice on my last post. My graduation 5k run was a success and following everyone's advice I completed the 5km in 36:23.

Now for the next stage....ive signed up for a 10km at the end of September, does anyone have any recommendations for a 5 to 10km app?

Hey Ruth, I have been using the Ative 5-10k app which is free. I finished my first week on Sunday but for personal reasons just taking a few days out until I start week 2. Any more questions please ask :)

Thanks Chrisj31, I've been looking at that app but wasn't sure if the coaches would annoy me too much lol. Did you do a few weeks of 5k runs before starting or did you head straight into 5-10k?
