Managed W9R3 today....Just! Was so looking forward to it but found it the hardest yet! Think my extremely busy and hot weekend has had an impact on me. Still can't quite believe that I've got here though. I do remember thinking the jump from week 1 to week 2 was hard and now I've done 30 minutes! Keep up the great work everyone. Onwards and upwards to my first park run!!
