Took a week break due to suffering from hayfever. This affected my breathing. Resumed today and took it slow. I know the program is designed to continue from where I left off but I need to listen to my body. So I went back to week4. Kinda start again to build up stamina. Legs are a bit jelly but I feel quite good. I'm sure someone out there may disagree with repeating runs but I think after a break and going straight into 25 mins run is bad idea for my body - still suffering from hayfever. We can't really have it all - nice weather vane pollen .

This is your path through your programme to make you a runner. If you want to go back, fine.
The only risk is when people see the first 20 or 25 minute run coming and stay back on W4 or the early part of W5 to avoid them through fear.
But you’ve already reached there so you know not to fear them and I’m sure you’ll make great progress forward again after this mini reset.
Enjoy the runs!
