Hello week 7

So after a break on week 6 I went back to week 5 (a knee problem). Felt like even though i had ran 20 mins that i wouldn't ve able to do it again.well I did, only just. It was very hard but I pushed through. Yesterday I at 5am I ran for 25 mins. I don't know how it happened but I got there. I also changed my route as feel it's probably in my head that I can't get back over the bridge so I avoided the bridge.

Can anyone help me with a pain that I get in my heel if I hit any slight hill. It's like I pull. It's very hilly where I live and I'm really struggling to find flat areas to run.

Are you stretching after a run? It sounds as if your calves might be tight. Find a step or curb and put one foot on it at an angle with the other leg just behind. Bend your front leg and feel the stretch in your calf. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other leg. Do this three times twice a day. Heel drop/rises on stairs are good too. Ask Mrs Google for a demo.
