Wk 1 complete

I finished off wk 1 with a jog round the block this morning, managed 3k. I signed up for the couch to 5k race on Sunday. Didn’t realise it was a proper race, I was hoping they’d have different categories for the stage you were at of the app... appears not...

So here’s to hitting 5k this Sunday. Any tips gratefully received!
