This week I was on only 1 run - Monday. I will tell you the main excuses, but the truth is that if I really wanted I'd go. My excuses: first days on sugar detox, feeling super tired, feeling flu-like I'll including muscle pain. The worst one is muscle pain. I am not sure if they are still sore after Monday running and Monday and Tuesday short 20-minute yoga sessions, or is it sugar withdrawal symptom. I walked about an hour Tue and We'd, as I had to stay at home with my I'll dog (digestive tract blockage), it seems like she is all right now. So today, I'm going back to work. I partially wanted to run this morning doing only 1 extra rest day between runs, but... Yes there is but I feel like I have lack of sleep, thus I am tired. And my muscles (including legs) are still sore.
I think I will start all over again next Monday. OK, not all over, from R1W2. But to get into this 3x 5am morning waking up and go run system. No additional yoga sessions for now, just standard stretching after runs.
I am not happy, but I will be (I hope).
