Week 6 Run 2 - tired but great.

I was out running at 6.30am yesterday morning on my last interval run.

The temperature was perfect, it was lovely and quiet and passed a couple of other runners with cheery 'mornings'.

My legs were tired from overdoing it on my previous run. (Lessons definitely learned to not get carried away and do as I'm told.) So I took it nice and steady, and despite the legs feeling full of lead, the hill in the park seemed a little flatter. Yay!

I do wonder how I will find it when the weather makes a turn for the worse as every run I've done so far has been when the sun has been shining. ☀️☀️☀️

The heat is draining and you should fnd running easier when it gets colder.

For me, you're doing the programme at the hardest time of year, so well done 🙂
