I beat the heat

I finished my third post graduation 30-minute run this morning before the heat got going, thanks to North Sea cooling haar and low cloud which spread as far inland to where I live in Central Scotland. The sun did not break through until 9.15 by which time I was more than half-way through my run. I completed it and according to my app at a pace of 7.34/km. When I started the sun was just starting to break through the low cloud and when I finished it was brilliant sunshine and all the clouds gone.
