Man i'm in my first week and am super happy that i can actually do this program, after my runs i like to do resistance training with weights. and the combo is leaving me super sore and super tired. are there any supplements that people are taking.

At the moment i'm drinking 3-4 litres of water and have started a taking BCAA's.

No, I shouldn’t think so It’s not about killing yourself. We are the slow and steady brigade here. Building slowly from scratch and getting stronger safely and naturally, using good food. You could add a few grains of sea salt to your water bottle as it’s hot If you do too much too soon you’ll hurt yourself

We have Rig, who is our fitness guru, who advises on such matters.

I run a lot, and use the gym for strengthening, but don’t supplement with anything as i’m Strengthening rather than body building, which I’m not in to 🙂
