I’ve now completed two 25 min runs but have a sore achilles. If I rest for two days I can run but I ‘feel’ it throughout the run and it’s sore the next day. Started exercises to strengthen calf muscle but should I rest for a week or more?

Any advise gratefully received

It's one of the few running injuries I haven't had 😕 but I would say you need to rest and get it sorted before running, otherwise it'll get worse.

If you put "Achilles" in the search box here you'll get loads of tips from others who've had the same problem.
