Hi all, the run this morning in Leicestershire was 5.1K in 30:21, rate was 5:51 minutes per K, so very pleased with that 😀👍. I’ve got Parkrun in Croydon on Saturday. If that goes ok the plan is to move onto Bridge to 10K next week 🙂🏃‍♂️

The sun is just beginning to come out here now so glad I ran when I did. Just about to jump on the motorbike for a ride around 🏍😊
