Ready for my Race for Life

So it’s my Race for Life this Sunday! Slightly dreading the heat but really hoping I can run the whole 5k. Ran 4.3k in 30 mins this evening so with my cool down did the 5 in 35 mins 50 seconds. My goal is to do it in under 35 mins so fingers crossed!

Haven’t quite managed to start towards managing a 10k yet but once this one is out of the way that’s next on my list!

Saw a Heron fishing this evening, I love running at dusk.

Good luck with race for life on Sunday. Sounds like you’re pretty speedy so I reckon you can definitely manage under 35 mins (but take it easy because of the heat) ☀️🙂
