So determined to do this have have just done run 2 on week 1 for the second night on the trot and already felt a little bit stronger towards the end and did .1 of a mile more in the same time!!

You really need a day off between runs to let your leg muscles repair. If you have energy to burn cycle, walk, swim, anything non impact on the legs.

Take the rest days...non impact exercise will improve strength and stamina.. 😊
