Week 5 twice

So just a question has anyone else completed week 5 twice or did people just move on. I completed it week 5 for the second time last night before I move on. C25K mixed with the UWCB training that I've been doing has seen me with a good fitness level and I shaved 2min of my 5k time last night. Bare in mind this is ten minutes of walking (warm up and cool down) and walking a little further to get home. So I'm beaming with pride and keep up all the hard work peoples.

Hi I repeated two runs on each week before moving on so I actually ran 5 times weekly. This meant I didn’t hit week 9 as soon as I should have. I did think that it helped to build my stamina though

This is up to you. There is no need to repeat weeks but nothing stopping it either.

The only risk is someone choosing to stay at a week they feel comfortable with and putting off a week they perceive to be too hard.

In the end this is about getting exercise and aiming towards 30 mins continuous running. The path leading to that can wind as much as you choose.
