Ran at 6 this morning around Woolwich, and it was already warm...
Struggled, especially the middle third, but glad it’s out of the way because there is no way I could run in the afternoon/ evening in this heat.
Saw a guy running along beside the north circular road yesterday: middle of rush-hour, one of the most congested roads in the country, and according to my dashboard it was 32degrees...... give yourself a break man!
