Achey knees of a fat man.


Just completed w3 r3, and my knees are aching. Admittedly, I'm a porker, weighing in at around 17 and a half to eighteen stone, but I feel so much better for doing this. My problem is thaty cruciate ligament are aching, even though I'm wearing tubigrips. Anyone got any advice?

And before anyone asks, they aren't actually hurting, just aching a little when I go up stairs.

Sounds like a need for some good stretches after running. I am not an expert but someone may be along soon.

I get tight calves and use a foam roller and hot baths.

I agree don’t let it stop you! Stretching and hot baths needed!
