Just completed wk6 run 3 but still struggling with my breathing I can’t seem to get enough air in especially if I try to breath in through my nose and out through my mouth, I end up gasping for my next breath if I breath in through my nose and it’s not much better when I breath in through my mouth. Any tips/advice most welcome

I just breathe in and out through my mouth - I can’t get enough oxygen through my nose - partly because I have allergy snuffles. 🤧

If you are short of breath, you need to slow down. Simple as that!😀

The best advice I was given was to not think about my breathing at all and just let it sort itself out-which it eventually did. 😄

I'm guessing you can breathe when not running around. Cos otherwise you'd be dead. And unable to post on here.

So I'd suggest just breathe. Mouth, nose, any available orifice will do.

No need to do any counting or alternate breathing through alternate nostrils or any of that stuff.

Just breathe and run around.

If breathing gets hard, just slow down. And then slow down a bit more.

Breathing's easy!! You've had years of practice!! :-)
