Well today I did wk3rn1, I had been dreading the 3mins and to be honest wasn't looking forward to this morning, I didn't need to worry though, I found it to be easier than last weeks, not sure if its my fitness getting better or just the slow plod I seem to have developed over the last couple of weeks, love this programme as it truly seems to be working for me at the moment and all the motivational support on this site is amazing :)

Well done. Most likely a mixture of both. Keep going - you will amaze yourself at what you can achieve.

Me too, same run as you, same result! I loved it and didn’t find it hard at all. The difference between W1R1 two weeks ago and today is massive!
