I had a bit of a mental block about week 5. Probably because I struggled with week 4 at first. Last week I ran week 4 without any problems so I decided to start week 5 today. I’m still not sure about the last run of the week, but the first one was easy enough thank goodness!

Brilliant!! Slow and steady, please. One run at a time. On your running days just concentrate on that one run, not any others. Ignore your brain. You'll be brilliant. xx

well done on reaching week 5. I know run 3 of week 5 looks daunting, but all the runs leading up to this one actually prepare you. Just take it nice and steady, you can do it.Go go Mrs!!
