Hi all, just finished my latest run 🏃‍♂️ I managed 5.1K in 30:19 so very pleased with that - 5K was in 29:18 so proves my run from a couple of weeks ago wasn’t a complete fluke! 😊

Going to finish packing for my holiday now, then heading off to sunny Leicestershire later 🌞😎
