First run!! Been a while since I’ve exercised. Not over weight but soooo very unfit and running has never been my thing! Wish me luck! 😬😬😬

Thanks 🙂 it went well but definitely realise how much I’ve let myself become unfit!! Hoping this is the first step to fitter times!!

You sound like me! I’m starting W3 tomorrow morning and I’m hooked. I have Michael Johnson as my trainer and he’s fab! 🏃‍♀️❤️

That’s good to hear, there is hope for me then!! First run done, I’m definitely ‘couch’ stage 😂 but definitely feeling proud. Just clicked on your profile and I’m also a yoga lover, though again life has got in the way. Another thing I’d like to get back to doing! Good luck with week 3.

I find yoga very helpful to do alongside running. The yoga stretches help my legs and I try to use my yoga breathing whilst running - which I am, sort of! 😅

Yes, I thought this might also encourage me to do my yoga stretches! God knows my back needs it!!

Good luck, on week 7 myself and only thing I’ll recommend is even if you really don’t want to do do your run and say to yourself I’ll do it tomorrow instead. Don’t! Just get out and run, you’ll feel so much better for it
