Good morning all,

Chose to do Ashford Parkrun for my graduation run yesterday and finished in 28.48. I can count that as my graduation run, right? It wasn’t 30 minutes but it was 5k...

I may not have posted much but all your support has been invaluable as I have read all your wonderful advice and stories. We are all runners now!

I was hoping someone would say that! It very easy to get caught up with the parkrun excitement and go faster than you thought you could!
