Its Sunday morning... I am wanting to find a new me and and just stumbled across this. I am so new to running well not even new as I haven't started yet !!!! But thinking this might help. I am wanting to get fitter ( spend all day behind a busy desk ) and wondering if any one else wants/needs a buddy to finish this app with ? Thinking pressure of not letting a buddy down by cancelling is what might get me through !! Please let me know- wanting to start tommorow

Welcome. You just need to start bud. You will have all the running buddies you could wish for right here. Always here whenever you need someone. The hardest bit is that first step out the door. Like you, I had a sudden now-or-never moment 4 weeks ago and went running one evening much to my husband's surprise.....and so far, I've never looked back.
