So far wk 5 run1 completed but slightly worried that as I am only shuffrunning...my stride is about as small as an atom.....should I be stepping out more or is this ok for the time being ..... def my walking stride is much bigger.... am I cheating by baby strides? Would like to know before I start tacking the bigger runs.... keeping up ok so far ( just)
