Had stomach bug this week so could not get out for my run. Hoping to get out next Wednesday week 6 3rd run. Should I do a smaller run after being ill.

Sorry to hear you’re not well. I hear it takes a couple of weeks before you start to lose the progress that you’ve made, but there will be more expertise to advise. Take care. I hope you’re feeling better very soon and back out on your runs! Best wishes ❤️.

Fab450 is right. You should be ok for 2weeks. Go for your next run and see how you feel. It’s a toughie so be prepared to push yourself, without setting yourself back healthwise. Be 100% well first. Good luck 👍
