Literally just finished Week 7 run 2, supposed to be 25 minute run but when Michael said that’s it, I still had some energy left although breathing wasn’t great but took some long deep breaths and decided to continue running as I’d done over 4K distance. Could I push myself to 5k ? Too right and Im over the moon to say I did it 29 mins 26 seconds too!! Chuffed to bits although hope I don’t get told off for doing that but more!
My first 2k timed at 5.18 and 5.38, then averaged 6.03 for the last 3.
Back to the program for run 3 though, I can’t feel my legs now!
