After my struggle on my last run I was dreading this one a little bit. But it was amazing! Did my warm up walk at a faster pace the started off running much slower than usual. Decided to increase my pace by 0.2 kmph every 5 minutes and told myself I wasn’t allowed to look at the clock in between. This made me think of the run as lots of 5 minute runs rather than the slightly daunting 30mins.
Can’t believe I only have one run left until graduation 🎉 Fingers crosses my next post will be from the podium 😊

That’s a great run, and it’s a sensible idea to break it down into 5 minute chunks if that works for you. 👍
You are so close now, just take it slow and steady and you’ll get there. 🙂
Keep an eye on the weather forecast - I find it hard to run if it’s too hot. 😊 We might all benefit from making sure we take on more fluids than usual to keep hydrated if the forecasters are right 🌞😎😎
Good luck with the graduation- let us know how you get on. 😀🤞
You know you can do it, you've already done it twice, keep your pace down if needs be to make sure you run through the finishing line, look forward to seeing you on the podium and welcoming you to the graduate club
